Meals will be delivered to the places of residence of these persons in the Royal Maidan Municipality, on working days, in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, i.e. for about 253 working days. YEAR 2028 (a) of the participants of the Nursing and Residential Center (COM) in Brzostowa Góra, run by the Social Welfare Center in Maidan Royal - the planned number of participants using food is: • Approximately 16 daily visitors on working days, • Approximately 4 24-hour visitors on all days of the year, with: 1) for COM participants benefiting from a day stay, the service will be provided between 1 January 2028 and 31 December 2028, i.e. for approximately 251 working days; 2) for COM participants benefiting from a 24-hour stay, the service will be provided in the period from 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2028, i.e. for 366 days; b) persons designated by the Social Welfare Centre in Maidan Royal, who were granted assistance in the form of a meal on the basis of administrative decisions – the planned number of people using meals is about 15 people on average per month. Meals will be delivered to the places of residence of these persons in the Majdan Królewski Commune, on working days, in the period from 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2028, i.e. for about 251 working days. 2. The service includes in particular: a) preparing meals in accordance with applicable regulations and nutritional and sanitary and hygienic requirements; b) delivery of meals to designated places in appropriate thermal insulating containers intended for the transport of food; c) serving or handing over meals to recipients. 3. Meal delivery locations are: a) Care and Residential Center in Brzostowa Góra, Brzostowa Góra 110, 36-110 Majdan Królewski; b) the place of residence of the entitled persons or other places indicated by the Ordering Party in the area of the Majdan Królewski Commune, in accordance with the current needs resulting from the aid granted.
