Lack of information in the offer enabling unambiguous identification of the product offered The Ordering Party will consider the offer to be inconsistent with the content of the tender and will reject the offer pursuant to Art. 1 point. 5 of the law. 4. Deadline for completion of the subject of the contract 4.1. The deadline for completing the subject of the order is seven [7 ] calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 4.2. The date of completion of the subject of the contract indicated in point. 4.1. is the maximum term for the execution of the subject of the contract. The contractor may indicate in the tender a shorter deadline for completing the subject of the contract, but not less than three [3 ] calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Point. 19.2.2. The CDS shall apply. 4.3. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be launched on the date indicated by the Contractor in the submitted offer, counting from the date of conclusion of the contract and be active until 23.10.2027. Licences will be assigned to the (held and used by the Ordering Party) purchase account. The identification number will be communicated to the Contractor at the stage of conclusion of the contract. 4.4. The contracting authority determined the end date of use of the licence by indicating a specific date, i.e. 23.10.2027 due to the need to align the validity dates of new licenses covered by this procedure with the validity dates of licenses that are currently held and used by the Ordering Party.
