… commissioning and carrying out the necessary tests and measurements of the correct operation of the installation. Preparatory and demolition work: dismantling of existing sheet metal, gutters, drain pipes and elements of old roofing material from roofing panels intended for replacement/repair on an area of 962 m2. Repair and execution of a new cover made of tarpaulin: assessment of the technical condition and repair of existing layers (including the warming layer), followed by the construction of a new, tight roof covering made of roofing paper (e.g. a system of thermally sealable roofing papers and top covering) together with the necessary insulations. Sheet metal working and associated components: execution and installation of new sheet metal processing of gutter belts, sub-guin belts, installation of a new guttering system (roof gutters and drain pipes). Renovation of elements over the roof: brickworking, plaster repair or cladding of ventilation and smoke chimneys; repair and sealing of roof hatches. Accompanying installations: disassembly, and then reconstruction and installation of lightning protection system on the building along with tests and post-assembly measurements. Cleaning work: the export and disposal of demolition materials and the clean-up of the construction site. Determination of the needs and requirements for the procedure: The contractor is obliged to organize and carry out the works in a way that ensures the continuity of the functioning of the educational institution and the full safety of its users (students and staff), with particular emphasis on securing the facility against flooding during the works. Work on the photovoltaic installation must be carried out by persons with appropriate qualifications and qualifications (e.g. UDT certificate, SEP certificates) so that the re-assembly does not adversely affect the efficiency and safety of the system. All materials used must be brand new, have appropriate approvals, certificates and declarations of conformity with standards. Detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), technical requirements, conditions of implementation and description of equivalence criteria are specified in the Specifications of the Terms of Contract (TSC) and technical and design annexes.
