… along with the area of adjacent properties. 2) Provision of a permanent (24-hour) security service in the field of surveillance of signals transmitted, collected and processed in electronic devices and alarm systems, within the meaning of the Act on the protection of persons and property, taking into account the electronic security systems held by the Ordering Party in relation to both locations: a) fire alarm system, b) burglary and assault alarm system, c) surveillance television system, d) access control system. 3) Providing continuous (24-hour) direct support and response to calls and signals from security systems by the Specialized Armed Protection Formation (SUFO), referred to in the Act on the Protection of Persons and Property, in relation to both locations, hereinafter also referred to as: ‘Intervention Group’. 2. Buildings of the Ordering Party covered by the subject of the contract: 1) Five-storey (5) building at ul. Sądowa 2 in Ostrów Wielkopolski, with an area of approx. 3 368 m2 with the adjacent area of approx. 1 270 m2 and its garage; 2) Four-storey (4) building at ul. Partisan 32 in Ostrów Wielkopolski, with an area of approx. 1,065 m2 with the adjacent area of approx. 1,515 m2 and its garage. 3. The subject of the contract for the direct protection of persons and property will be carried out: 1) Building at ul. Judicial 2 (a) Primary station: 1 security guard 24 hours a day (24h/7/365). (b) Reinforcement of the station: 1 additional security guard on working days: Mondays: p.m. 7:00 – 18:00 (11 hours), Tuesday to Friday: p.m. 7:00 – 16:00 (9 hours). 2) Building at ul. guerrilla 32 (a) Day station: 2 security staff in working days: Mondays: p.m. 7:00 – 18:00 (11 hours), Tuesday to Friday: p.m. 7:00 – 16:00 (9 hours), In other hours and on public holidays, weekends and public holidays, physical protection at this facility will not be carried out, and the building will be protected only in the electronic and mobile formula referred to in para. 1(2) and (3). 4. Detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter: ‘OPZ’) contains Annex 1 to the tender specification, and the detailed conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the public contract, which constitute Annex 6 to the tender specification.
