The Ordering Party, when describing the subject of the contract, indicating the designation of a specific manufacturer (supplier) or a specific product, simultaneously allows equivalent products with quality parameters and performance characteristics, at least at the level of the parameters of the indicated product, thus recognizing each product with the indicated parameters or better. In such a situation, the Ordering Party requires the submission of relevant documents (together with the offer) that authenticate these materials or devices. They will be assessed by the Contracting Authority, which will be the basis for the Contracting Authority’s decision to accept ‘equivalents’. The Ordering Party reserves the right to ask the author of the design documentation for an opinion on the materials or devices offered. If the Contractor fails to submit documents on the use of other materials and equipment, it shall be understood that the materials and equipment proposed in the description of the subject of the contract are included in the calculation of the price of the tender. 4.
