The subject-matter of the contract shall be: execution and delivery, transport with unloading, assembly and bringing in and setting up, leveling of furniture in rooms indicated by the Ordering Party in buildings in Katowice. 7. The order parameters presented in the detailed requirements constitute the minimum technical and quality expected by the Ordering Party. 8. Where names of materials are given in the description of the subject of the contract, the products of specific manufacturers should be treated only as a statement of the desired standard and quality. In all such situations, the Contractor may offer equivalent materials, products with at least the same technical and quality characteristics. Product equivalence is understood as offering a product whose technical parameters of the materials used, performance, durability and quality is not inferior to the quality of the materials, products described in the OPZ. 9. An economic operator relying on equivalent solutions must demonstrate that the solution it offers meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority. In this case, the contractor shall attach to the tender a list of equivalent solutions together with its description or standards. 10.The subject of the order must be: brand new, complete, free from defects in design, workmanship or other negligence of the Contractor or manufacturer, which could become apparent during their use. It must be made of safe materials approved for use and have certificates, approvals and approvals in accordance with the relevant regulations. 11.Before signing the contract, the Contracting Authority will require the Contractor whose tender has been selected as the most advantageous to submit appropriate documents confirming compliance with the standards referred to in the GIP. The guarantee covers the subject of the contract together with all its elements. 15. The warranty service will be provided at the place of use of the subject of the order at the Ordering Party, on working days, i.e. from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 to 14.00. 16.Description of the subject-matter of the contract
