… the multi-discipline scope constituting an element of the entire Construction Project, - preparation of multi-discipline executive documentation - including the development of detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works for each type of construction works, - preparation of the executive design of 3D technology climbing walls, taking into account the spatial geometry of walls, supporting structure, plating and placement of sockets for climbing holds, safety points, - making inter-discipline arrangements and coordinating design documentation, - obtaining the required checks, arrangements, studies, approvals of design documentation required by law, including arrangements with the Ordering Party, which are necessary for the implementation of works, - preparation of the program of conservation works, - agreement of the project with representatives of the Office of Monument Conservator, - consultation and implementation of conservation recommendations, - preparation of information on safety and health protection, - preparation of measurements and cost estimates, - exercising copyright supervision in accordance with applicable regulations. The scope of construction works includes, among others: - execution of multi-discipline construction works on the basis of developed design documentation (accepted by the Ordering Party), - delivery and installation of equipment elements, provision of software, if it is required to operate the delivered equipment with the necessary licenses and sublicenses, - preparation of as-built documentation along with instructions for the use of climbing walls (DTR), - preparation of documentation regarding maintenance rules, services and guarantees, - execution of all required tests and acceptances of the facility and installation. The Contractor will also be obliged to perform author's supervision over the implementation of construction works within the scope of the developed design documentation. The developed design documentation and the construction works carried out on its basis must take into account the requirements for wall plating described in the Functional and Utility Programme (which is part of Annex 12 to the ToR), in particular: - wall plating: made of flame retardant (according to EN 13501-1 or equivalent); waterproof (according to EN 636-3 or equivalent), made of adhesive with durability class III (according to EN 636-3). EN 314-2 or equivalent), plywood thickness min. 21 mm, density min. 450 kg / m3, - friction on the plating / panels - static friction coefficient is from 1 to 1.5, - the boards must be CNC milled with an accuracy of ± 2 mm, edges cut at an angle for full adhesion, - the accuracy of departure (matching) of the boards must not exceed 1 mm in all planes. The use of putty, gluing or other joints is excluded. Note: The Ordering Party excludes from the Documentation: - the scope of the Boulder Wall including the storage building and the technical mezzanine/TV platform, - the 210 W compatible timekeeping mobile stereo speaker described in point 2.1.6.3.
