… proposed, the Contractor shall demonstrate that the products offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, as well as provide the commercial name of the product and describe the equivalent products together with the values confirming their equivalence. 4. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the right to apply for the contract only by the Contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Public Procurement Act. 5. Subcontracting: 1) The Contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a subcontractor (subcontractors). 2) In connection with the performance of the contract, the contracting authority does not reserve the obligation to perform the key tasks of the contract in person. 3) The contracting authority requires that in the case of entrusting part of the contract to subcontractors, the contractor indicates in the tender the parts of the contract the performance of which it intends to entrust to subcontractors and provides (if they are already known) the names of these subcontractors. 4) Entrusting parts to subcontractors does not release the contractor from responsibility for the proper performance of the contract.
