… above-mentioned activities should be carried out so that the measurement of wood by the Ordering Party can be carried out in accordance with PN-D-95000:2002 4. When conducting a splash, the possible damage to standing trees should be limited as much as possible, e.g. by using fenders. In the event of damage (including stripping of the bark), the Contractor is obliged to secure injuries with a fungicide. 5. The Contractor is obliged at his own expense and with his own efforts to: for the removal of damage caused by logging, including the removal of ruts; restored the original condition of roads and ditches. 6. The contractor will be introduced to each planned area by protocol, indicating the boundaries of a given separation, the amount of timber to be harvested and the risks resulting from work on a given area. 7. Before commencing work, the Contractor must place warning boards indicating a detour not closer than 100-150 m to the boundaries of the working surface. Before commencing the manipulation and scraping of wood, the Ordering Party shall specify which sortings and which dimensions the processed wood should have. Timber prepared for export must be torn down to roads accessible to export vehicles and laid on joists, cloaks towards export of timber with forehead levelling. If the above recommendations are not followed, the wood produced will not be collected and contractual penalties will be charged. WARNING! The contracting authority does not provide for the acquisition of machinery. 8. Wood will be harvested mainly within the City and, if necessary, in the City and Village. 9. All timber is to be harvested from 1January 2027 to 31 December 2027. The following operations are planned as part of the harvest: early and late thinning and separate IV. A large percentage of harvested wood can be used in adventitious uses – active and barren drying, and tipping and scrap.
