The contractor must indicate in the tender form the parts of the contract which it intends to subcontract and, if known, the subcontractor’s companies. 5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to limit the subject of the contract in material and quantitative terms, during the term of the contract, by no more than 50% of the contract value.
