… formal notice; if necessary, also a draft letter of formal notice or a letter seeking clarification or supplementation of the substantive data, if this is permitted by the provisions applicable to the case; • preparation of analyses required by the Public Procurement Act and implementing regulations, including analysis of the functions and features of land development and land use in cases of GM, as well as the analysis referred to in Art. 3 of the Public Procurement Act, in LICP cases; • preparing draft decisions of the GA and draft decisions of the LICP, together with the textual and graphical annexes required for the case; • preparing draft notices and letters concerning the need to adjust the parameters of the investment intention to those acceptable on the basis of the analysis carried out or other appropriate findings; • preparing draft letters related to arrangements, opinions and other procedural activities, to the extent ordered by the Ordering Party; • handling applications for amendment of final decisions of the General Meeting or the LICP, in particular under Article 155 of the Code of Administrative Procedure: assessing the admissibility of the amendment and preparing a draft amending decision or a draft appropriate decision/letter if the requested amendment exceeds the permissible limits of this procedure; • providing explanations regarding studies and introducing justified corrections resulting from the comments of the Contracting Authority, cooperating bodies, decisions of review bodies, changes in law or case-law; • other urban planning activities directly and functionally related to the handling of a specific case covered by one of the price items. These activities are included in the unit price of the case and must not lead to an unmarked extension of the subject-matter of the contract.
