… Ordering Party will not be possible to correct pursuant to Art. 2 point 3 of the Public Procurement Law Act, because it would constitute an unacceptable change in the content of the tender and would result in the Contractor's tender being rejected on the basis of Article 226 para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act. *The Ordering Party informs that the name of the product should allow for unambiguous identification of the offered goods. Entering a generic name, characteristic of the assortment group of a given manufacturer, will result in the rejection of the offer pursuant to Art. 5 of the Public Procurement Act. 5. All offered products should be characterized by high taste values. 6. The Ordering Party requires that the offered and delivered products meet the relevant quality requirements in accordance with applicable food law, including sanitary conditions for sourcing, production, processing, storage and transport as well as direct sales. The quality of the products should be in accordance with the applicable regulations and approvals for products of the first grade. 7. The contracting authority requires that the manufacturer/manufacturer of the offered products has implemented and applied a system of GHP, GMP and HACCP rules (the contractor will be obliged to submit the declarations and documents described in the tender specifications in this respect). 8. The Ordering Party requires that the products be delivered by the Contractor's own transport, at his own expense and risk, while maintaining appropriate sanitary regimes for the transport of food in accordance with the Act of 25 August 2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2021) (the contractor will be obliged to submit the declarations and documents used). The Ordering Party does not allow the delivery of goods through courier companies, etc.
