… recreational area with tables and benches, parking at the facility. - the package should start with lunch on the first day and end with breakfast on the last day of the package. Each participant is to receive additional dry provisions for the return journey. The Ordering Party reserves the right to monitor the course of the package. - The treatment centre is to be located in the accommodation building of the participants of the package, and the sports and recreation centre is to be located on the premises of the centre. The organisation of leisure time should take into account cultural, educational and sporting recreational activities (including music/dance evenings) and the possibility of using the swimming pool free of charge (if available), as well as the possibility of using the sports and recreational base free of charge. - The contractor is to provide a coordinator - a person responsible for the stay and organization of free time for the participants of the package. - The centre is to be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. - No manager/guardian is foreseen from the municipality for accommodation. - The contracting authority excludes the possibility of providing the service in the period covering 01.11.2026. Requirements for the centre(s): Type: Centers authorized to organize rehabilitation camps. Location of the centre(s): Location of the resort is required in the Świętokrzyskie voivodship or max. 200 km from the border of the city of Kielce according to the provisions of the SWZ. Powers of the centre(s): Organization of general rehabilitation camps with a recreational and recreation program for people 60+ and more and with disabilities. Requirements for the treatment centre(s): − Medical/physiotherapeutic consultation (initial and final); − hydrotherapy, − physiotherapy/physiotherapy − general-condition group classes; − individual therapy; − instrument classes; − massages; − rehabilitation gymnastics; − gymnastics generally improving both individual and group. Each participant of the rehabilitation package will receive at least three selected treatments per day, for at least 10 treatment days (treatments according to the indications of a doctor or physiotherapist).
