… order will be collected by the Ordering Party successively, depending on its needs, on the basis of ad hoc non-cash refuelling of fuel to the tank, in a petrol station at the disposal of the Contractor located no more than 5 km from the seat of the Ordering Party, counted by the shortest public road. Fuels for equipment belonging to the Ordering Party will also be collected for carnivals based on the authorisation issued by the Ordering Party.
