… targeted subsidy of the Voivodship Office. 3) The detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract together with the requirements of the Ordering Party, the terms of the contract, acceptance and settlement, the terms of guarantee and warranty are set out in the attached ToR: a) description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter: ‘OPZ’), (b) the model contract for this public contract. 4) The contracting authority in this procedure does not allow tenders involving supplies from third countries that are not parties to international agreements, i.e. countries other than Member States of the European Union and other than countries that are parties to the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement or parties to other international agreements guaranteeing reciprocal and equal access to the public procurement market to which the European Union is a party.
