… the nature of which requires implementation outside the Centre's premises, in particular assistance services, family and integration picnics, visits to cultural institutions, excursions, field activities or other activities, the services will be provided in places appropriate to their nature and the needs of participants. 5. The scope of the task includes in particular: 1) Psychological services for children and parents 2) Trainer/parental coach 3) Parent's club – organisation of meetings with refreshments 4) Children's club – staff and afternoon tea – for up to 20 people 5) Assistance and care services with transport – for up to 20 people 6) Artistic and creative materials, teaching aids and materials for educational and development activities 7) Hygienic materials and cleaning products 8) 4 family and integration picnics 9) Tickets to cinema, theatre and cultural institutions and transport 10) Activation activities for assistants 6. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in the CIP, which is attached as Annex 9 to the ToR. 7. ‘The subject-matter of the contract must be carried out taking into account accessibility requirements for persons with special needs, in accordance with Article 100(2) CTMR. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. The contractor is obliged to perform the services in a way that does not create barriers to accessibility. In addition, in the event of architectural or technical barriers preventing persons with special needs from using the services themselves, the Contractor is obliged to provide them with assistant support (alternative access) in accordance with Art. 1 and mouth. 2 point 1 of the Act of 19 July 2019 on ensuring accessibility for people with special needs (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1411).’ 8. The order will be executed on the basis of the Material and Financial Schedule drawn up by the Contractor and submitted for acceptance to the Ordering Party before signing the contract. Within 3 working days from the date of submission of the Material and Financial Schedule by the Contractor, the Ordering Party shall approve the Material and Financial Schedule or submit comments on it, setting a 3-day deadline for the Contractor to take into account the comments (working days). 9. If the Contractor does not take into account the Contracting Authority's comments on the material and financial schedule referred to above, the Contracting Authority will treat this as evasion of signing the contract due to the fault of the Contractor. 10. After selecting the most advantageous tender, the contracting authority intends to submit an application for co-financing under the grant project entitled: ‘Social bonus’, Measure 04.13 High-quality social inclusion system under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 programme co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus. 11. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure or not to sign the contract with the successful tenderer in the event of non-receipt of funding. 12. Persons conducting activities with children and young people must meet all statutory requirements for admission to work with minors, including not being listed in the Register of Sexual Offences.
