The child is to be delivered in accordance with the school schedule constituting Annex 7 to the ToR - Schedule of transports according to the lesson plan in the school year 2026/2027 (the lesson plan may be changed) by the shortest route from home to the educational institution and after finishing classes from the educational institution to home. The child will be picked up from the parents/legal guardians from home at a predetermined time and after being delivered to classes will be transferred to the care of a teacher or other person indicated for collection. At the end of the classes, the child will be picked up from the teachers at the school (or other persons responsible for handing over the child) and after being brought to the house handed over to the guardians. 2) The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the routes of transport of children, the number of transports per week, the dates of their performance and the number of children, due to circumstances that the parties could not foresee at the time of concluding the contract, and dictated by the needs of the Ordering Party resulting from the implementation of the obligation to provide students with transport to school facilities. 3) Care of the child should be carried out throughout the entire journey, i.e. from the child's place of residence to the school and from the school to the place of residence. The guardian can only be an adult, with full legal capacity, physically fit, not punished. It is envisaged to carry one person. 4) Specification of the subject of the contract: Address of the educational establishment: High School Complex No. 2. 24th S. Banach High School, ul.
