Provision of service for the preparation and conduct of postgraduate studies in the field of school, peer and family mediation carried out as part of task 4.1 of the project (...)

… Term of service: from the date of conclusion of the contract until 31 August 2027. 5) Number of participants: 15 people - teachers, heads of schools and educational institutions, recruited by the Employer. 6) Number of stationary exits: 14 one-day days. 7) Number of hours: 170 hours of teaching. 8) Duration of studies: Two semesters. 3. Substantive description of the subject of the Agreement: 1) The studies will be carried out by teaching staff of at least 6 people, meeting the requirements set out in Chapter VIII, point 3.4 of the Terms of Reference. The number of trainers should ensure that all learning outcomes are delivered and that the content and practical level of the coursework is appropriate. 2) The study program includes 170 hours of specialized didactic classes, including: a) basic training in mediation - 40 hours; b) mediation in peer and school conflicts and with the participation of juvenile offenders - 60 hours; c) mediation in family matters - 60 hours; d) crediting and verification of learning outcomes - 10 hours. 3) The studies last 2 semesters and allow you to obtain at least 30 ECTS credits. 4) The studies end with the issuance of certificates of completion of postgraduate studies to the participants in accordance with applicable regulations. The cost of preparing and issuing certificates is included in the price of the offer. 4. Obligations of the Contractor: 1) development of a study program in accordance with applicable regulations; 2) providing study participants with training materials and their electronic version, marked in accordance with the Ordering Party's indication; 3) obtaining the acceptance of the final version of the study program together with the didactic housing before the start of classes by the substantive supervisor of the project; 4) conducting didactic classes in accordance with the schedule agreed with the Ordering Party; 5) providing teaching staff; 6) carrying out credits and verification of learning outcomes in accordance with the study program; 7) keeping documentation of the course of studies according to the templates agreed with the Ordering Party; 8) issuing certificates of completion of postgraduate studies in accordance with applicable regulations; 9) providing the Ordering Party with a set of documentation regarding the implementation of the subject of the contract, to the extent agreed with the Ordering Party; 10) cooperation with the substantive staff of the Project in order to properly perform the contract; 11) marking all documents prepared by the Contractor according to the Ordering Party's model; 12) carrying out the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements resulting from the relevant provisions of law with due diligence and maintaining high quality education. 5. Obligations of the Ordering Party: 1) providing a place to conduct in-person classes; 2) Recruitment of participants; 3) establishing a schedule of classes with the Contractor; 4) providing templates of graphic/text markings of documents; 5) providing a printout of didactic materials provided by the Contractor and equipment for the implementation of classes (computers, projector, board; flipchart, speakers, pens, internet connection); 6) timely payment for the performance of the subject of the contract.
