The collection of dirty underwear will take place at a collection point designated by the Ordering Party between 7°° and 10°° in the presence of representatives of the Parties to the contract. 5. The Contractor will be obliged to record the laundry received for washing according to the quantitative and qualitative assortment. The delivery of clean hospital and bed linen will take place within 24 hours counting from the moment of receiving dirty underwear from the Ordering Party, delivery of the remaining assortment will take place within 48 hours counting from the moment of receiving dirty underwear from the Ordering Party. 6. The delivery of clean and dry underwear will take place on the basis of a quantitative and qualitative receipt. 7. The Contractor shall provide in its scope the appropriate registration forms provided for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract. 8. The contractor will provide the results of microbiological tests (excluding the presence of fungi and bacteria) carried out in the Sanepid station or an accredited laboratory, confirming the microbiological purity of the bedding with a distinction between the tested assortment, e.g. examination from an apron, hospital cover, from a sheet – one test for each of the assortments from the last 3 months. 9. The contractor will provide documents confirming the release of disinfectants, intended to perform the subject of the contract, for marketing in our country or the European Union, i.e. entry in the register of medical devices and biocidal products or another identical document and the CE declaration. 10. The contractor will provide documents confirming the effectiveness of disinfectants in terms of B, V, F, Tbc, disputes, among others clostridium difficile). 11. The contractor will provide a declaration of possession of safety data sheets for the dangerous preparation – the measures envisaged for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract being dangerous preparations, indicating the names of these measures. 12. The contractor will ensure the cleanliness of the underwear, care for its condition, preparation for transport and bear full responsibility for the quality of chemicals (drying and disinfecting). 13. The Contractor undertakes to use the washing technique recommended by the sanitary and epidemiological supervision for individual hospital wards. 14. All measures applied by the Contractor are to have appropriate attestations, certificates, certificates allowing for use in health care facilities. 15. The procedures used must eliminate the presence of cells or sources of infection, prevent the formation of in-hospital infections. 16. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders and does not provide for the conclusion of a framework contract. Lp.
