… Contractor to ‘create’ toolkits for the purpose of a given procedure, i.e. the set must be as offered by the manufacturer by indicating it in his catalogue/specification/specification sheet, etc. 7. At the request of the Ordering Party, the Contractor is obliged to submit a safety data sheet – a description of the product in Polish, from which it will be clear that the proposed equipment/tools meet the requirements set by the Ordering Party (the safety data sheet should be understood as a copy from the manufacturer's catalogue) 8.
