… meetings/consultations as part of the task carried out in the above-mentioned project in the amount of 1200 hours (estimated number of hours) during the project implementation period for approx. 40 people (according to UP's needs) in the following areas: - Counselling and support groups for adults, persons with disabilities (ON) according to the needs of UP; - Functional training in everyday life: Assistance in the acquisition of skills needed for effective functioning on a daily basis according to the needs of UP; - Cognitive training: Targeted at improving the functioning in the intellectual sphere according to the needs of the PC; - Leisure skills training: Development of skills of planning and organizing free time. - Creative activities: Development of innovative and creative capacity according to the needs of the UP; - Relaxation activities combined with education: Relaxation and educational techniques aimed at reducing stress and improving well-being according to the needs of UP; - Joint problem-solving: Prevention of burnout of parents, familiarization with the subject of disability in the family, exchange of experiences according to the needs of UP; - Self-help activities: Improving the functioning of the family through mutual support and sharing experiences according to the needs of UP.
