Insurance services for motor vehicles and machinery fleet OTL in Świebodzin 2026-2027

… hereinafter referred to as ‘vehicles’. Scope of insurance: 1) compulsory motor vehicle liability insurance for damage caused by the use of these vehicles (hereinafter referred to as third party liability insurance), 2) foreign motor vehicle liability insurance (Green Card) - (hereinafter referred to as ZK) for indicated vehicles, 3) Autocasco motor vehicle insurance against all risks of damage, destruction and loss (hereinafter referred to as AC/KR), 4) insurance against the consequences of accidents of drivers and passengers arising in connection with the use of motor vehicles (hereinafter referred to as NNW), 5) Assistance insurance. The scope of insurance cover is divided into: 1) mandatory – acceptance of the indicated scope of insurance cover in the form presented in the description of the subject of the FTZ contract is mandatory 2) optional – additional scope – the content of additional provisions in the form of special clauses may be accepted by the Contractor. Optional clauses are separate scored additional provisions which, according to the evaluation criterion, affect the selection of the tender. The detailed content of the supplementary scope, in the form of optional clauses for insurance cover, is contained in Annex 7 to the FTZ. The contracting authority did not divide the contract into lots, because the products ordered concern the contracting authority’s fleet of vehicles and belong to the same type of services offered by the contractors, and the size of the subject-matter of the contract does not lead to a restriction of competition. The proceedings are conducted with the participation of an insurance broker: Resident Broker Ubezpieczeniowy Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Zielona Góra, Al. Independence 12/5, brokerage licence number 665/99, which, as an insurance intermediary, acts in the name and on behalf of the Ordering Party. The broker acts as an advisor to the Ordering Party in the tender procedure in the field of insurance issues, will mediate in the conclusion of insurance contracts and supervise their implementation by the Contractor.
