… documentation. 3) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the design documentation, which consists of a functional and utility program (hereinafter: ‘PFU) and its annexes, which must be considered together with the contract. 4) The subject of the contract should be performed in the scope of design and execution of construction works together with performing author's supervision – within 20 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, with the proviso that the design works together with obtaining a certificate of lack of grounds for objecting to the notification of construction works to the architectural and construction administration authority or obtaining a building permit should be performed within 6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 5) The required minimum warranty period is indicated in the FTZ.
