In such a case, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim for not using the subject of the contract in full quantity or value. 4. The Contractor's duties will include successive (parties depending on the needs) deliveries of the gases being the subject of the contract to WUM organizational units or other places indicated each time in the order on the basis of the order submitted via e-mail, with a frequency expected to be up to 3 times a week (courses) in the amount of 1 - 15 bottles. 5. The contracting authority requires that the gases which are the subject of the contract have all the attestations and certificates required by law allowing them to be placed on the market in the territory of the Republic of Poland, including a quality control certificate confirming the quality parameters of the gas supplied, which the Contractor undertakes to deliver to the customer at each gas supply and a safety data sheet for dangerous substances, drawn up in accordance with EU requirements, in Polish.
