Training materials should be provided to the participant at the start of the training by e-mail. 5. Documents should be marked in accordance with the Manual of the applicant and beneficiary of European Funds for 2021-2027 on information and publicity. 6. The course should end with the issue by the Contractor of a certificate/certificate of completion of the training. 7. The calculation of training costs should include: a) the cost of conducting the training, b) the cost of providing appropriate training materials, c) the cost of issuing a certificate / certificate of completion of the training in Polish (including the number of hours of individual topics of classes and appropriate logotypes, resulting from the guidelines of the European Funds for Pomerania Programme 2021-2027) and its delivery in paper form to the participant of the training. In the event that the original certificate cannot contain logotypes, the Contractor should also take into account the cost of issuing an additional certificate/certificate containing a marking in accordance with the guidelines. 8. The Contractor’s tasks in connection with the performance of the contract will additionally include: the preparation of a training programme, which shall include in particular: • name, duration and method of training, • prerequisites for the training participant, • training objectives included in terms of learning outcomes, taking into account knowledge, skills and social competences, • teaching plan specifying the topics of the course and their dimension, • description of the content – key points of the training in terms of its individual elements, • list of literature and teaching resources and materials supplementing knowledge after the training, which may constitute no more than 20% of the value of the training, • planned exams needed to issue a certificate (if applicable). b) sending a minimum of 5 working days before the start of the training to the Employer of the agreed training date, together with an hour and a link enabling participation in the training. In the event of a change in the deadline, the Contractor must inform the Contracting Authority at least 2 days in advance (working days). c) prepare the relevant training materials and provide them to the participant at the start of the training, d) maintain the attendance list – report from the e-learning platform, e) promote the project – educational materials (including the training programme, attendance lists, exam forms) in accordance with the Manual of the applicant and beneficiary of European Funds for 2021-2027 on information and promotion, f) maintain the training documentation through screenshots or photos confirming the training, g) provide the Contracting Authority with an acknowledgement of receipt of the training materials – in the form of a copy of an e-mail message with the materials sent to the training participants, with the Contracting Authority indicated in the ‘DW’ field, h) conduct
