… quantitative scope of the subject of the contract. In this case, the Contractor shall be entitled to remuneration corresponding to the value of the fuel actually delivered. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim against the Ordering Party for the necessity of not using the full amount of heating oil. 5. Offered fuel oil should meet the following parameters:- calorific value - min 42,6 Mj/kg,- density at 15ºC - max 860 kg/m³, flash point - min 56ºC, flow point - max -20ºC, sulphur content - max 0,20% (m/m), water content - max 200 mg/kg, total impurity content not greater than 24 mg/kg, red colour - visual evaluation. 6. Oil deliveries will be carried out successively to the places indicated by the Ordering Party within the period indicated by the Contractor in the offer (offer form), while the Ordering Party reserves that the maximum delivery time allowed by the Ordering Party is no longer than 4 days from the date of placing the order. 7. The Ordering Party accepts the possibility of supplying heating oil to other facilities not listed in the FTZ in the event of commissioning of such facilities during the term of the contract. 8.Oil deliveries will be carried out on working days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays from 8.00 to 15.00. 9. Orders will be forwarded by phone or e-mail with a return confirmation of acceptance of the order by the persons appointed by the Ordering Party. Orders will be placed on working days from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 15.00. 10. The basis for issuing the invoice will be the delivered amount of fuel oil at a reference temperature of 15 ° C according to the confirmation of acceptance by a person authorized by the Ordering Party. 11. Due to the unstable exchange rate of fuels, the price per 1 litre of heating oil delivered by the Contractor will be calculated on the basis of the producer's price in force on the date of delivery of the heating oil, increased by a fixed margin rate or reduced by a fixed discount provided by the Contractor in the tender. 12. The offered margin or discount specified in the offer will not change during the term of the contract. 13. 14. The remuneration due to the Contractor for each supply shall be payable according to the price calculated in accordance with the formula:1 litre of fuel oil = producer’s mobile price ‘+’ fixed margin or ‘-’ fixed discount ‘+’ VAT due. 14. The Contractor shall be responsible for the quality of the supplied fuel oil with parameters not inferior to those specified in point 6.5 of the SWZ. 15. In order to control the quality of the fuel supplied, the Customer reserves the right to take unannounced samples of the fuel supplied (in the presence of the person who delivered the product) and submit them for analysis. 16. The Contracting Authority undertakes to submit to the Contractor declarations on the use of heating oil, resulting from the Excise Duty Act of 6 December 2008 (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 412 as amended) each time you purchase heating oil at the latest on the day you collect the fuel.
