The scope of training includes, in particular, shaping proper hygiene habits, learning to take care of the external appearance and systematic change of clothing, recognizing the principles of taking care of the hygiene of individual parts of the body, planning pro-health prophylaxis, education in the field of safe taking of drugs in accordance with the doctor's recommendations and observing the dates of check-ups. The planned training is up to 60 hours per month, assuming up to 10 hours per month per participant. The maximum number of participants is 6. Monthly support can range from 20 to 60 hours. The basic order covers a maximum of 480 hours. The maximum scope of the option right is additionally 480 hours. 3. Part 3 – Training in the management of own funds/finance The aim of the training is to increase the independence of the participants in the scope of rational management of their own funds and expenditure planning. The scope of training includes, in particular, planning the household budget, distinguishing nomi-needs and counting money, understanding the value of money, timely payment of bills, learning how to operate an ATM and use an ATM card, making purchases and payments yourself, determining the hierarchy of purchasing needs and familiarizing with the rules of functioning of stores and online auctions. The planned training is up to 60 hours per month, assuming up to 10 hours per month per participant. The maximum number of participants is 6. Monthly support can range from 20 to 60 hours. The basic order covers a maximum of 480 hours. The maximum scope of the option right is additionally 480 hours. 4. Part 4 – Culinary and gastronomic training The aim of the training is to acquire the skills of independent and safe preparation of meals and to develop responsibility for the activities performed. The scope of training includes, in particular, menu planning, preparation of meals, learning to measure appropriate proportions, principles of healthy eating, economical food management, operation and care of kitchen appliances and learning cultural, aesthetic and hygienic preparation, serving and eating meals. The planned training is up to 60 hours per month, assuming up to 10 hours per month per participant. The maximum number of participants is 6. Monthly support can range from 20 to 60 hours.
