The detailed description and the manner of performance of the contract include the description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) for Lot 1 of the contract – Annex 10a to the FTZ 2. 1.The subject of the order is: Purchase and supply of computer hardware with software and server hardware for the Zabierzów Commune Office in 2026. Part 2 - Purchase and supply of server hardware for the Zabierzów Commune Office in 2026 2. The procurer shall require that the supply offered, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used for the performance of the contract, whether as main components or as components, elements of the service environment or accompanying solutions, does not include: • the ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes identified in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(2); 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the basic interest of state security; • an ICT product, the type of which has been specified in the decision on the designation of the provider as a high-risk provider referred to in Article 67b(b) EUTMR; 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, nor ICT services or ICT processes specified in this decision.
