Preparation of draft decisions on the establishment of building conditions and draft decisions on the determination of the location of public purpose investments for the territory of Pokrzywnica Municipality in 2026

… together with analyses of functions, features of development and development of the area and the results of these analyses in accordance with the Act of 27 March 2003 on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws of 2003, No. U of 2026, item 538), hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Act, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 26 August 2003 on the method of setting requirements for new development and land use in the absence of a local spatial development plan (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2003/164, item 1588) and the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 26 August 2003 on designations and naming used in the decision on the location of a public purpose investment and in the decision on development conditions (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws of 2003, No 164, item 1589) on the basis of applications to determine the conditions of development or to determine the location of a public-purpose investment submitted to the Head of the Pokrzywnica Commune or on the basis of decisions of the Local Government Appeals Board in Ciechanów; 4. The subject-matter of the contract also includes: 1) participating in administrative proceedings in cases concerning the issue of decisions or their amendment, including verification of the draft decision after obtaining agreements and after the parties have submitted comments during the administrative proceedings (e.g. after hearing the evidence collected), 2) responding to the objections contained in the appeal against the decision issued on the basis of the draft decision drawn up by the Contractor and preparing an amendment to the decision pursuant to Article 132 of the Code of Administrative Procedure - in the event of annulment of the decision of the authority of first instance due to its substantive defects by the Self-Government Appeals College in Ciechanów or the Administrative Court, 3) correcting and bringing to legality the draft decision and analysis (within 7 days), even after the contract has expired, in relation to matters within the scope of the contract, 4) clarifying the content of the decision (drawn by the Contractor) in connection with the application submitted by a party pursuant to Article 113(2) of the Code of Administrative Procedure, even after the expiry of the agreement in relation to matters within the scope of the agreement, 5) drawing up provisions based on Article 113(1) of the Code of Administrative Procedure - rectifying clerical, accounting and other obvious errors in decisions issued, even after the expiry of the agreement in relation to matters within the scope of the agreement, 6) preparing draft amendments to decisions, 7) drafting refusal decisions.
