The scope of investor supervision covers the entire scope of construction works, works and obligations specified in the FTZ concerning the investment task: Construction of a multi-family residential building with a parking lot, rainwater reservoir and retaining walls, at ul. R. Traugutta in Pyskowice on plots Nos 526/28, 856/28, 857/28, 854/28. The contract documentation, including a description of the investment task and a model contract specifying the obligations of the contractor, is available on the website of the procedure https://bip.simslaskpolnoc.pl/bipkod/40252683 regarding the technical documentation (Proceeding No PZP.271.1.4.2025 entitled: Construction of a multi-family residential building with a parking lot, rainwater reservoir and retaining walls, at ul. R. Traugutta in Pyskowice on plots Nos 526/28, 856/28, 857/28, 854/28. The supervisory inspector of the construction and construction industry will act as coordinator of the activities of the supervisory inspectors. The procurer shall require that the supply offered, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used for the performance of the contract, whether as main components or as components, elements of the service environment or accompanying solutions, does not include: - ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes identified in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(1)(b) and (c) 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the essential security interest of the state, - an ICT product, the type of which was specified in the decision on the recognition of the supplier from a high-risk provider referred to in Article 67b sec. 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, nor ICT services or ICT processes specified in this decision. Failure to comply with the above requirement results in the rejection of the offer pursuant to Art. 1 point 17 or point 19 of the PPL Act. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in the draft contract constituting Annex 7 to the FTZ. All the requirements set out in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements and their fulfilment is mandatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the tender as non-compliant with the terms of the contract on the basis of Art. 1 point 5 of the PPL Act.
