… ‘or equivalent’. The contracting authority shall not divide the contract into lots. The division of the contract into lots is not possible due to the specific nature of the subject of the contract, it is a functional whole, the elements of which must be mutually compatible and delivered at the same time in order to launch the workshop. Thus, the Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders referred to in Article 7(15) of the Public Procurement Act. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex 4 to the FTZ. The contracting authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intends to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it, due to the fact that the possibility of cancelling the procedure on this basis was provided for in the contract notice (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act).
