In order to confirm that the computer offered has the characteristics and technical parameters required by the contract, the contractor will attach to the tender Annex 2a to the Tender Form – Computer detail form. In the form, the contractor will provide the features and technical parameters of the offered computer. Failure to submit Annex 2a to the Tender Form or to fill it out in accordance with the requirements set out in the FTZ will result in the rejection of the tender pursuant to Article 226 sec. 1 point 5 of the PPL Act. 6. Other detailed information includes a description of the subject of the contract - I part of the contract. 2. 1. The subject-matter of Lot II is the supply of 35 portable computers with a screen size of 14" 2. The ordering party requires the offer of portable computers produced in series and resulting from a comprehensive project. In particular, the portable computer model offered and its components must be included in the manufacturer's public offer (the compatibility of the computer offered with the public offer must include at least the housing, motherboard, processor type, disk). 3. Computers from the manufacturer/distributor should be delivered to the seat of the Senate Chancellery and brought to the room indicated by the ordering party. 4. The portable computer model offered must be CE marked. 5. All portable computers supplied must be brand new and have the same configuration. 6. In order to confirm that the portable computer offered possesses the characteristics and technical parameters required by the contract, the contractor will attach to the tender Annex 2b to the Tender Form – Data sheet for portable computers with a diagonal measurement of the screen 14’. In the form, the contractor will provide the features and technical parameters of the offered portable computer. Failure to submit Annex 2b to the Tender Form or to fill it out in accordance with the requirements set out in the FTZ will result in the rejection of the tender pursuant to Article 226 sec. 1 point 5 of the PPL Act. 7. Detailed information regarding the portable computer contains a description of the subject of the contract - the second part of the contract. 3. 1. The subject-matter of Lot III is the supply of 5 portable computers with a diagonal measurement of the screen of 15.6.’ 2. The ordering party requires the offer of portable computers produced in series and resulting from a comprehensive project. In particular, the portable computer model offered and its components must be included in the manufacturer's public offer (the compatibility of the computer offered with the public offer must include at least the housing, motherboard, processor type, disk). 3. Computers from the manufacturer/distributor should be delivered to the seat of the Senate Chancellery and brought to the room indicated by the ordering party. 4.
