Coal deliveries together with transport and unloading will be carried out by self-discharging cars with protection of the transported coal against the influence of weather conditions, in a way that prevents the loss of utility values. Place of delivery: the seat of the Ordering Party. 3. Total coal supply – 200 tonnes. 4. The Contractor is obliged to execute the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft model contract constituting Annex 3 to the FTZ.
