… ORDER PERFORMANCE: 3.1. The deadline for delivery of safety bands to the Customer's headquarters is 10 working days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. 3.2. Disposal of equipment to users together with their training in the use of the device and the rules for providing the service no later than 30 working days from the date of transmission by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor of an order including lists of authorized users. 3.3. Telecare service – launched (on the day the User is trained and provided with a wristband by the Service Provider), subject to point 3.2, will be provided - until 31.12.2026. If the first stage of the option right is activated, the telecare service will be provided until 31.12.2027, if the second stage of the option is activated - until 31.12.2028.
