… a grant under Grant Project No FENX.06.01-IP.03-0001/23 under the name ‘Support for basic health care (POZ)’, implemented under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 programme, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, implemented on the basis of contract No FENX.06.01-IP.03-0001/23-00/1374/2024/17 concluded on 27 March 2024 between the State Treasury – Minister of Health and the National Health Fund. (e) The contracting authority requires the provision of a minimum 24-month quality guarantee and a warranty for medical equipment (all elements). 2. 2) Part 2 - POSUM without barriers - activities for the availability of the facility a) The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of specialist equipment and equipment for the Poznan Centre for Specialist Medical Services, including: • Induction loop; • High-end ultrasound for gynecological and obstetric examinations; • Ultrasound scanner. (b) A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is included in Annex 1b to the FTZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ). (c) The task is carried out as part of the award of a grant under Grant Project No: FERS.03.07-IP.07-0001/23 under the title ‘Accessibility Plus for AOS’, implemented under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 programme, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus, on the basis of the Decision on co-financing of the Grant Project No: FERS.03.07-IP.07-0001/23-00 taken by the Minister of Health. d) The contracting authority requires the award of a minimum 24-month quality guarantee and warranty for defects for the subject of the contract (all its elements), subject to longer periods indicated in individual equipment specifications.
