The Contractor shall deliver the subject of the contract at his own expense and risk. In addition, the delivery includes commissioning and installation, checking the correct operation of the device. Part 2 of the contract is co-financed by project 14/2026/SONATA ‘KETO-MINOX 2.0 – effects of ketogenic diet on intestinal microbiota and metabolism of overweight and obese women – multiomic studies’. 3. The subject of the contract is the supply of refrigeration equipment in the form of refrigerators and low-temperature freezers. The contract was divided into 3 lots: Lot No 3 – Supply of a low-temperature freezer with a temperature range of up to -20°C The subject of the contract includes delivery, including transport and delivery to the Contracting Authority’s organisational unit.
