Winter road maintenance services consist of: maintaining designated district roads in the passability by de-snowing with plows, reducing slipperyness by sprinkling roads with scrubbing materials provided by the Contractor, i.e.: a) Salt/sand mixture (30% road salt and 70% aggregate or 20% road salt and 80% aggregate). b) Sand fraction 0-2mm. 3. 1.3. Task No 3 Winter maintenance of district roads in the area of operation of Road District No 2 in Barczewo (the municipality of Biskupiec and the district road without a number – former DW 596) The area comprising the municipality of Biskupiec and the district road without a number – former DW 596).
