Supply of one brand new delivery vehicle type panel van (van) for the needs of the Municipal Utility Company in Inowrocław with headquarters in Kruśliwiec.

The Contractor is obliged to provide with the car: 1) vehicle manual in Polish and a set of documents necessary for the proper operation and registration of the vehicle; 2) warranty book and service inspection book; 3) a set of keys in the number provided by the manufacturer; 4) a document confirming the approval of the vehicle, required in accordance with the applicable regulations and necessary for its registration. 5. The place of delivery is the seat of the Ordering Party: Communal Plant Inowrocław, Kruśliwiec 12, 88-100 Inowrocław. The costs of transport, delivery, preparation of the vehicle for delivery and other costs necessary for the performance of the contract shall be borne by the Contractor and shall be included in the price of the tender. The Contractor shall agree with the Ordering Party's representative on the exact delivery date at least 1 day in advance. When issuing the vehicle, the Contractor shall carry out a basic instructional transmission of information on the operation of the vehicle and its equipment. 6. The acceptance will be confirmed by a technical and quality acceptance protocol. The Ordering Party has the right to refuse to collect a vehicle inconsistent with the FTZ, the offer or the contract. 7. Quality guarantee and service: 1) mechanical warranty for the car - a minimum of 24 months, covering the proper functioning of the vehicle and material, factory and mechanical defects, calculated from the date of signing the technical and quality acceptance protocol without reservations; 2) guarantee for varnish coating - a minimum of 24 months, counted from the date of signing the technical and quality acceptance protocol without reservations; 3) guarantee for corrosion perforation of the body - a minimum of 60 months, calculated from the date of signing the technical and quality acceptance protocol without reservations; 4) warranty for defects - 24 months, counted from the date of signing the technical and quality acceptance protocol without reservations.
