… the date of signing by the Parties without reservations of the Final Acceptance Protocol 2) in the scope of the order covered by the option: a) delivery of up to 20 electronic seals with accessories (hereinafter referred to as the Devices) with a SIM (e SIM) card installed and ready for use, together with a 36-month Warranty, b) provision of telecommunications services with support for telecommunications services (hereinafter referred to as the Service) for the Devices provided under the option for a period of 36 months from the date of signing by the Parties without reservations of the Quality Acceptance Protocol, c) provision of telecommunications services with support for telecommunications services for the Devices provided under the option (hereinafter referred to as the Service) under the basic order for a period of 12 months from the date of completion of the provision of the Service under the basic order, d) provision of telecommunications services with support for telecommunications services (hereinafter referred to as the Service) for the Devices provided under the option for a further period of 12 months from the date of completion of the provision of the Service under the option, e) technical support services for all the Devices provided under the basic order, for a period of 12 months from the end of the warranty period. 2. Deadline for performance of the basic contract: 1) the delivery of the Devices with a guarantee up to 40 days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement (as a criterion for the evaluation of offers) is up to 40 from the date of conclusion of the Agreement; 2) provision of the Service within the scope referred to in § 1 sec. 2 point 4 of Volume II of SWZ-PPU for a period of 36 months from the date of signing without reservations of the Final Acceptance Protocol in the scope of the basic order. 3. Time limit for the execution of an option contract: 1) delivery of the Devices with a guarantee up to 40 days from the date of sending the Contractor by the Ordering Party notification about the activation of the option, 2) provision of the Service in the scope referred to in § 1 sec. 3 point 3 of Volume II of the SWZ-PPU for the Devices delivered under the option for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the Final Acceptance Protocol in the scope of the option without reservations; 3) provision of the Service in the scope of § 1 sec. 3 points 4-5 of Volume II of the SWZ-PPU within 12 months from the date of termination of the provision of the Service for the Devices under the basic order or option, 4) provision of the Service within the scope of § 1 sec. 3 points 6-7 of Volume II SWZ-PPU within 12 months from the date of completion of the Guarantee in the scope of the basic order or option, respectively. 4.
