The project is co-financed under the European Funds for Western Pomerania 2021-2027, Priority 7: European Funds for Western Pomerania Partnership, Measure 7.1 Urban Development (ITI) 2. The material scope of the contract includes, in particular, the execution of works in the following sectors and scopes: Road industry: • construction of a bicycle road with a length of 887.20 m and a basic pavement width of 2.0 m, with a one-sided lateral drop of 2%; • construction of a bituminous road surface for bicycles on the section from km 0+000.00 to km 0+865.20; • completion of the final section from km 0+865.20 to km 0+887.20, including a recreation area with a paved concrete surface; • construction of two-sided ground slopes with a width of 0.5 m to 1.0 m, including sowing grass; • frame the surface with concrete pavement edges 8×30×100 cm on a concrete bench with resistance; • construction of the pavement in accordance with the executive design, including asphalt concrete layers, mechanically stabilised aggregate foundations and cement stabilised soil layers; • making and reconstructing exits to properties adjacent to the road lane, with paving stone surface, in accordance with the design documentation; • making the necessary connections and adaptations of the designed bicycle road to existing roads, exits and land development, in accordance with the design documentation, including in the area of the intersection with district road No 1013Z; • surface dehydration by appropriate pavement formation and drainage of rainwater to adjacent groundsides. • Fixed traffic organisation project – marking and traffic organisation elements covered by the project must be carried out, only to the extent of the bicycle road being designed, in accordance with the design documentation and the scope of this contract. • The Contractor is obliged to carry out temporary traffic organisation for the duration of the construction works. The cost of the temporary organisation shall be borne by the Contractor. Recreation and recreation area for cyclists: • the construction of a recreation area at the end of the designed bicycle road; • equipping the cyclists’ rest area with bicycle racks, benches, picnic tables, waste bins and a picnic shed – in accordance with the design documentation and technical specifications. Electrical industry: • making a complete network of street lighting for the purposes of lighting the municipal road and the road for bicycles, in accordance with the executive design of the electrical industry; • execution of the designed lighting supply from the SO lighting cabinet, together with the foundation, equipment and apparatus, in accordance with the design documentation; • 0.4 kV cable lines, including the arrangement of YAKY 4×25 mm ² cables in casing pipes, together with the required culverts and protection under roads and at the locations indicated in the documentation; • Excavation and trenching of cables, laying of cables and curtain pipes, marking of the cable route and filling and restoration of the area after r
