Scope of works to be carried out: a) dismantling the existing platform and the shaft body, b) supplying power, c) performing adaptive construction works in accordance with the design, d) supplying a new platform with a self-supporting shaft, e) assembling the device, f) performing the necessary treatments after assembly, g) performing measurements of the effectiveness of protection against electric shock and insulation in accordance with applicable regulations and standards, h) preparation of technical documentation, i) leading to acceptance, participation in the registration examination procedure of the UDT allowing the device to be placed in service. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in: a) Annex 2 to the FTZ – Draft provisions of the contract, b) Annex 4 to the FTZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract, c) Annex 5 to the FTZ – Construction project replacement of an external elevator, d) Annex 6 to the FTZ – Technical Opinion – Foundation, e) Annex 7 to the FTZ – Technical documentation of the existing equipment, f) Annex 8 to the FTZ – Photos of the existing equipment. Annexes 7 and 8 to the FTZ describe the existing equipment that needs to be dismantled.
