… basis thereof. 3) Postal shipments, which are the subject of the order, are understood as shipments: ordinary – economic postal item which is not the fastest category, (b) priority – postal item which is the fastest category, (c) registered – within the meaning of the Postal Law of 23 November 2012, postal item accepted with a receipt and delivered with a receipt, (d) unregistered – postal item accepted without a receipt and delivered without a receipt, (e) with a return receipt (ZPO) – registered ordinary and priority postal items accepted with a receipt and delivered with a receipt. 4) Format S means consignments weighing up to 500 g and with a maximum envelope size of 162 x 230 x 20 mm with a thickness of up to 2 cm. The contractor with whom the contracting authority signs the contract shall not be entitled to claim the performance of the service in the quantities indicated in the table. 8) The Ordering Party is entitled to use the discounts offered by the Contractor during the performance of the contract. 9) The Ordering Party requires that the parcel delivery service be provided to each address indicated by the Ordering Party in Poland and abroad of the country covered by the Agreement with the World Postal Union. The Contractor will deliver domestic parcels classified as universal postal items in compliance with the indicators of timeliness of delivery of parcels in domestic trade indicated in the Regulation of the Minister of Administration and Digitization of 29 April 2013 on the conditions for the provision of universal services by a designated operator (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2020, item 1026). 10) As part of the Subject of the Order, the Ordering Party provides for shipments to be sent in accordance with the procedures resulting from the Code of Administrative Procedure (KPA), the Tax Ordinance and the Code of Civil Procedure (KPC). 11) The postage stamp may be replaced by a stamp made according to the model provided by the Contractor or by another agreed marking. 12) Postal services that are the subject of the contract will be provided by the Contractor in original envelopes provided by the Ordering Party. 13) Prints of the confirmation of receipt of the shipment will be respected by the Contractor in accordance with the models in force at the Ordering Party. 14) The Contractor undertakes to have a broadcasting facility in Łask.
