… manual in Polish. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 7 to the FTZ. 4. Whenever standards, technical assessments and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 1 pt. 2 par. 3 of the Public Procurement Act, the contractor should assume that such a reference is accompanied by the words ‘or equivalent’. 5. Vehicle requirements: 1) The vehicle should have all the necessary documents authorising the vehicle for road traffic within the EU. 2) The Contractor is obliged, together with the delivery of the vehicle, to provide the Ordering Party with the necessary documents authorising the vehicle for road traffic in Poland and enabling its registration and operation: - vehicle card, - current type-approval certificate. - warranty book, - maintenance book, - instruction manual in Polish, - two sets of keys, - document confirming compliance with the emission standard, - service package and other documents necessary to register the vehicle. 6. Terms of delivery: The Supplier undertakes to deliver the vehicle to the seat of the Ordering Party at its own cost and responsibility. The delivered vehicle must meet the requirements of the law in force in the Republic of Poland regarding the admission of the vehicle to road traffic. 7.
