… Party immediately (max 2 working days, throughout the duration of the contract) 5. The Contractor shall perform the service in accordance with the instructions for use of the equipment, the manufacturer's recommendations, possessed specialist knowledge and with due diligence required by law. 6. Periodic inspection of the devices will be carried out on the dates agreed in advance with the Ordering Party, and their frequency and scope will result from the recommendations of the manufacturer of the devices contained in the instructions for use. 7.The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 7 of the PPL Act.
