… in the training, including, depending on the nature of the classes, sheets and materials for workshop work, providing a person responsible for conducting the training, having the appropriate qualifications and experience. 3. The Contractor will be obliged to ensure organisational, premises and technical conditions enabling the training to be carried out efficiently and correctly throughout its duration 4. The conditions for the performance of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be inserted into the content of that contract, the model contract, and constitute Annex 1C to the contract (hereinafter referred to as the model contract). 5. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract (SOPZ) is included in Annex 1D to the SOPZ. 6. The Ordering Party shall specify that the Contractor shall be obliged to transfer to the Ordering Party the author's economic rights to the materials made, in accordance with the contract. 7. The contracting authority shall specify, in accordance with the provisions of Article 95 of the Act, that it does not require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract.
