… Wielkopolski, ul. Staszica 1, 63-400 Ostrów Wielkopolski. The contractor will be obliged to provide a 24-month warranty on the delivered sweeper with accessories. Under the warranty, the Contractor will be obliged to perform repairs resulting from the manufacturer's/producers' warranty free of charge, in accordance with the provisions of the contract. The draft agreement is attached as Annex 4 to the FTZ. During the warranty period, all costs related to warranty inspections, travel, labor and consumables are on the Contractor's side. The sweeper is designed for work related to the maintenance of district roads. Mainly sweeping sidewalks and bicycle paths, as well as their winter maintenance.
