… December 2012 on entities authorized to store and destroy objects and substances posing a threat to life or health in criminal proceedings. 3) The technical and organizational requirements that must be met by the area/territory in order for the Contractor to be able to provide storage services for objects, substances, are set out in Annex 2 to the FTZ (Description of the Object of the Order). 4) The Contractor will be obliged to take the above-mentioned items, substances 5 days a week, on working days from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00. The basis for the deposit of items/substances will be the Deposit Acceptance Protocol. The model protocol is Annex 4 to the Agreement 5) The Contracting Authority provides that during the term of the Agreement it will make available 110 pallets of items/substances. On the day of publication of the announcement, the Ordering Party has 77 pieces of pallets secured in the deposit. 6) The Ordering Party shall be responsible for the transport of new items/substances to the storage place indicated by the Contractor. As part of the price of the tender, the contractor will be obliged to transport the already secured deposit (77 pallets) to the storage place indicated by him. The deposit is located in Częstochowa (the exact address will be indicated when signing the framework contract). 7) The framework contract will be valid for 24 months from the date of its conclusion, but not longer than until the quantity of the assortment specified in it or the maximum value of the contract is exhausted. 8) The deadline for accepting the deposit (covered by the partial order) will be at the latest on the next working day from the moment of submitting the declaration of readiness to perform the order (written or oral), referred to in §3 sec. 3 of the draft agreement.
