The expert opinion shall include at least: a) assessment of the technical condition of the facility, basement rooms and structural elements; an assessment of the technical condition of existing installations; c) analysis of the compliance of the planned investment with the requirements resulting from technical and construction regulations, including those regarding concealment; an assessment of the possibility of providing ventilation, sanitary conditions, user safety, energy supply, escape routes and accessibility for persons with special needs; determining the extent of the necessary construction, installation, adaptation and equipment works; an assessment of the technical and economic feasibility of the adjustment; an indication of material limitations, risks, collisions and required industry opinions, arrangements, studies or studies; the unequivocal qualification of the object as either adaptable to a place of concealment or unsuitable for adaptation with justification; photographic documentation. 4. The service will be performed in accordance with: description of the subject-matter of the contract – Annex 7 to the FTZ, the requirements contained in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 8 to the FTZ. 5. The Contractor is obliged, in accordance with Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Law Act, to ensure that accessibility requirements for persons with disabilities or design for use by all are taken into account in the performance of the contract
