1. The subject-matter of the contract is the successive supply of basic laboratory glass listed in Annex 3 to the FTZ (‘the goods’). The goods offered should be: 1) catalogue products with established quality standards; 2. in accordance with the descriptions and diagrams set out in Annex 1 to the FTZ; 3) brand new, free from physical defects, come from current production; 4) be delivered in the original packaging of the manufacturer and marked in accordance with applicable law, the packaging should bear the catalog number; 5) made of borosilicate glass of class 3.3 according to ISO 3585 or equivalent standard. In all places of this FTZ where the Ordering Party described the type of tap using a commercial brand (Rotaflo taps), the Contractor may offer goods equipped with equivalent taps.
