… obtained on their basis, f) participation in any inspections of works during the implementation of construction works, clarifying doubts and, if necessary, preparing written explanations, g) making entries in the construction logbook, h) approval of materials intended for construction, control of the quality of works performed and materials built in terms of their compliance with the design documentation, detailed technical specifications, applicable standards and regulations, i) cooperation with author's supervision (Project), j) obtaining from the Contractor material certificates and other necessary construction documents, k) in agreement with the Ordering Party qualification of demolition materials for their suitability for re-integration, l) control of waste/demolition materials not suitable for re-integration, m) agreeing with the Ordering Party on any changes regarding the scope and value of works, n) informing the Ordering Party on an ongoing basis about the progress of works, irregularities or risks in the implementation of construction and assembly works resulting from the material and financial schedule approved by the Ordering Party and about the methods of their solution and correction (repair) measures introduced, o) participating in technical inspections, p) participating in partial acceptances: operational, disappearing works, covered works, industrial and final acceptance, acceptance of disappearing and covered works, q) substantive, financial and substantive verification of the acceptance documents drawn up by the Contractor, r) supervision over the performance of corrective works and the removal of defects/defects found at the time of acceptance, s) ensuring the replacement of a person with the required qualifications and experience in performing supervision during the inspector's absence; 2/ the scope of duties and activities of the investor's supervision inspector during the period of warranty granted by the Contractor for defects and quality guarantees: a) participating in possible inspections after the completion of construction works, clarifying doubts and, if necessary, preparing written explanations, b) participating in warranty and post-warranty reviews, c) supervising the execution of corrective works and the removal of defects/defects found during the warranty period for defects and quality guarantees, d) ensuring the replacement of a person with the required powers and experience in performing supervision during the inspector's absence. 3/ Indicative time of performance of the activities referred to above is 20 hours. 2.
